SHIPPING
Patient pay for shipping on all orders under $200. To receive free shipping, the minimum purchase order is $200. However, if you set up the Auto-Ship option, you will receive free ground shipping with orders over $150 including a 10% discount. NEW POLICY: 2-day, 3-day and overnight delivery costs will be paid by the patient.
"Auto-Ship" Benefits include:
- 10% off all supplements ordered through auto-ship
- Free UPS ground shipping for orders over $150
- Patient pays for the shipping on all orders under $150
- Auto-ship orders are shipped once a month, or every other month, on the 1st and 15th, whichever you prefer
- As a reminder, you have the option of changing your order at any time
To receive the above benefits we require a 3 month auto-ship commitment.
RETURN POLICY
Because the following items require refrigeration, we will no longer accept returns of:
- Omega Support
- Probiotics i.e. (Trenev Trio, Life Start 2, Gastro pH and Ultra Biotics)
